I've been out of school for over a year now. As much as I would love to say that I have found a fulfilling position, unfortunately it is not so.
Following my Fellowship in the test kitchen and food editorial at Southern Living magazine, I moved back to Seattle to continue my job search. While I am open to moving again, I really would love to make it work here.
What am I looking for:
-non-traditional position in the culinary field (no restaurants, hotels, catering)
- culinary teaching
- recipe development and testing
- cookbook publishing
- non profit food programs
- personal cheffing
Yes, I would like to make a livable wage/income and get medical insurance and benefits.
